Interesting Evening

Interesting thing happened last night after I left work at 7.40 which is extremely late by my standards but Rital was running late as usual so I thought I’d surf the net a bit finally we met at 7.45 and as soon as I entered the park I saw Ilene aunty she rarely notices me so I was about to give her a slip but her house maid caught my eye and she is very sharp (in fact I think she noticed me trying to avoid her) so I walked straight to her, the regular hi’s and hello’s she was asking me about Rital but I quickly changed the subject by asking her about Joy, that’s one topic that makes her forget everything else and she can go on and on about him, finally after she left I made my way to the swing set in park and sat next to Rital the chit chat as usual but interesting news of Nisha & Jacky was also at hand, she had met Jacky in the morning but he didn’t give much info because Rital was accompanied by Ankit her new friend these days who she hangs out with a lot so obviously I pointed it out to her that Jacky who is anyway so insecure wouldn’t say anything about Nisha in front of a stranger. Rital had to leave early which made me angry but I was still cool about it but I just mentioned it to her that if next time she comes late or has to go early we wont meet, which she didn’t take well and got angry so I started to make her feel better but she was not giving in and I am usually very impatient at this stuff I say sorry once and if the person is still angry I usually leave them to it and she knew it too still this time I thought I will wait but still she wasn’t happy she must’ve realized that I was about to go so she finally jumped on my bike and I left her and went home. At home me and Sonu were discussing some investment plans for my self I really think I should start investing because later on I think it’ll be too late but when I look at the returns I will get I get disappointed I don’t know but I think its way too low specially If you look at the way things are and how they will be in the future inflation and all so lets see how it goes its still in decision phase now………………
So to my disbelief I finally managed to get up at 5.30 for the match and that too without the use of my alarm. I got up at exactly 5.25 a.m. What really happened was that my dad got up and he is usually very loud when he gets up at night so it woke me up and it was completely dark I thought It must be 2 or maybe 3 but I just checked my watch and saw that it was exactly 5.25 a.m. I was a bit disappointed because I wanted to get some sleep so I thought that ill sleep for a while like maybe 15 minutes and then catch the rest of the game but I know myself very well and I knew that if a closed my eyes at that point of time I wont get up before 9 and miss the game so I got up and got hooked to the TV. The match was great and Man U did clobber Inter but a goalless draw won’t help their cause but I just love watching Jose when he is loosing or not playing well. Match got over at 7 and I was thinking about taking my bike and going for an early morning ride and then I thought it would be better to go and take a walk which would do my weight some good which is steadily rising ever since I shifted to this new building. So I was confused between the 2 options and there was another lucrative option of just watching TV, so I thought and I thought and I thought some more and chose none of the three options and instead decided to go to sleep. What’s amazing is the fact that once I get up from my sleep I rarely go back to sleep, but I don’t know what happened today as soon as I closed my eyes I went into a very sound mode of sleep. Got up at 9 as per my daily routine and as usual got late for work since it very close to my place I do enjoy a lot if benefits so even though I left my house at 10.40
I reached work at 10.50 Rital called up while was on the way so couldn’t talk with her, the usual routine at work, since I come early now we usually go out for breakfast around 11 because Manoj the new guy is a bachelor and doesn’t have breakfast at home. He eats Bhajiya Pav actually more like gobbles up 3 of them every morning accompanying them with a glass of juice. The Bhajiya Pav is really gross because the place where they make it is pathetic. Me and Kush are having Idli and wada for the past 2 days because my mom wasn’t able to prepare breakfast because we had a couple of her relatives Topi Masi and her son Raju, I am just addicted to those wada’s deep fried nice and crispy they taste great and I feel like I can eat 100 at once. But today I opted out of those because I had a heavy and late breakfast. Was catching up on the T20 action between India and NZ, I usually watch the score because we don’t have a TV at the 7th floor office but today, the genius that I am I found a live streaming site where I could watch the match live on my work screen it was great but I did feel I little guilt because I was worried that someone might see it or that I wont work properly but nothing happened and I got to watch the entire match live, sad though because India lost miserably, still I am proud of my discovery. While I was enjoying the match Kush and the boss had a bit of a spat related to the netbook research which we are working on right now but its become typical for both of them, they just cant talk to each other properly. Anyway finally had my lunch at 3rd floor this time because the 7th floor lunch room is never empty these days, met the coding team down there, lunch was quick and while talking to Kush about something the topic of sweets came up and my sweet tooth gave way and we decided to go to Bikaji for some rasmalai. I don’t know but now days I have started to like traditional Indian sweets which I always used to hate when I was small but am loving it these days. We entered he store and while my eye was on rasmalai I thought I should try some new varieties and Kush was of the same thought so I ordered a malai chap while kush took a malai sandwich while the malai chap was looking extremely appealing its taste was not. I took a bite of Kush’s sandwich which was way better than mine and that was a good lesson for me I think next time I will eat the tested sweets and avoid experiments.
Just waiting for the day to get over with, boss is working on the final report. She may go for an adventure trip tomorrow which I hope she does because then it will be party time for all of us. I think I will get back to some job hunting today and check my mails

Getting bored at work

Well, just finished reading Aamir khan’s, so I got a little inspiration to finally write something on my blog. It’s been a dull day at work, actually its been a dull month, actually there’s hardly any work, I was enjoying the fact that I was getting paid for doing no work at all but now it’s taking a toll on me. I have explored the deep depths of the internet and read possibly everything about Manchester United vs Inter that is available in all the major british newspapers & finally cant wait to watch it, hopefully it will be as good as it looks on paper. It’ll start late at night i.e early morning around 12.30 a.m and a repeat at 5.30 a.m I wanna watch it live but the 5.30 time will be better for me specially since my new work timings changed which is 10.30 till 7.00 as earlier which was a cool 12 noon till 8.30. I am really missing my earlier time cause then I could sleep as late as I wanted and get up really late and it wouldn’t affect my daily routine which is predominantly watching TV previously I used to get up at 9 and relaxingly used to go about my day but now since I have to reach work at 10.30 I get up at 9 and since I am so used to my routine its only after 10 that I realize that I have to reach work at 10.30 so in half hour I have to brush, have a bath and eat my breakfast, the result I have yet to make it to work to 10.30. So coming back to my decision I think I will skip the live match and hopefully get up at around 5.30 am to watch the match that way I will finally be able to break my routine as and have more time at home in the morning because with this new time I can neither utilize my mornings nor my evenings. So lets hope for the best result and I hope Man U put up a good show as usual and clobber inter. Now am planning to meet Rital, as I get off early from work we usually meet up in evershine nagar.
